We are living through unprecedented times and appreciate that our needs to provide support to schools, families, youth and communities is greater than ever.

We believe that our partnership will enable us to greatly enhance our ability to more effectively address the needs that come with continued uncertainties and challenges to both physical and mental well-being.

Aspire Health Alliance has been lending services and hope, changing lives for children, teens, adults, families and communities since 1926. They offer crisis services, outpatient clinics, in home therapy, and an array of services across a continuum of care including day treatment, intensive wrap around services, residential services, building a broad spectrum of care.

With our new partnership, YHC and Aspire will work together offering a variety of programs and services. We recognize that needs differ from community to community, from prevention to acute care and crisis intervention. We are committed to doing all we can to provide support across the wide spectrum of mental health needs.

We believe fervently that be working together we can make a difference and create healthier communities and lives for everyone living on the South Shore.

Coalition Highlights:

The Scituate FACTS Coalition is excited to share a new campaign developed with the Scituate Police Department and other partners across the South Shore to address underage drinking. While a common misconception may be that nothing can be done to prevent teens from consuming alcohol, there is quite a bit of evidence to the contrary. Rates of underage drinking across the United States are closely tied to accessibility. When youth access to alcohol is limited in the home and at the community level, there is a significant reduction in youth use – and the negative consequences that go with it.

Scituate FACTS has teamed up with retailers and law enforcement to raise awareness about this ongoing issue in our communities. Collaborating with area coalitions including Safe Harbor Cohasset, Marshfield FACTS, and Hingham CARES, and with enthusiastic support from the police departments in Cohasset, Hingham, Hull, Norwell, and Marshfield, we tackled the issue as a coastal region, since the problem generally intensifies during the summer months.
